Across my social media sites, I have several thousand followers. As a multi-faceted creative, I enjoy being a writer, artist, "Transforming Minds with Dr. Brian"podcast host, and youtube creator.

 

My academic publications and co-authored, peer-reviewed papers can be found in leading psychology journals. They have been read and cited over 850 times. 

 

I am a licensed clinical psychologist and scholar.  I earned my PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Rhode Island (2000), and a licensed clinical psychologist in IL (2006) and NH (2023). I am also PsyPact psychotherapist, that allows me to do tele-mental health psychotherapy in 40 plus states.  I have extensive experience in
